Open up a new image 600x600, floodfill with white

Open up Paperframe 2 from the kit, Resize by 80% and
copy/paste it onto the image, move it to the very center of the image

Next With your magic wand, click inside the frame, Selections - Invert
Copy/paste a paper of choice, i chose paper 1 and hit delete.
Move this layer below te frame layer.

Open up Streetlamp 1, copy/paste it under the frame layer but above
the paper layer. Move it towards the left corner, make sure it doesn't touch
the upper part of the frame. Erase out the excess showing from the bottom part
of the lamp.

Open up Eiffel Tower, resize by 35% copy/paste it below the frame layer as before
and move it to the center and a lil back, to make it look like its far away.

Now open up Bistro table 1, Bistro chair 1 & 2 in psp, resize table by 30%
Chairs by 35%. Now first copy/paste the chairs and arrange the behind the frame,
a little towards the right away from the lamp. Place them as if they are facing
one another. Then copy/paste the table in the middle of the chairs.

Open up Candleabra 1 from the kit, resize by 20% and copy/paste it onto
the image and arrange it on the table.

Next open up Gem 1, resize by 55% and copy/paste it to the image.
Move it to to the top right side of the paper layer right next to the eiffel tower.

Select your magic wand, click inside the frame. Copy/paste Window&Drapes 1
resize according to your wish and hit delete.

Your image should be something similar to this

Now open up Satin flower 1, resize by 45%, Copy/paste it above the frame layer
and move it towards the right.

You can now copy/paste my wordart over it.

Next to my tag I've added the bottle, wine glass, journalling page, a rose
flower and the two boganville flowers. Also the doll and a doodle.

The settings for these elements are the same as above.
Experiment and personalise your tag, What i've given is the method how i
constructed paris behind the frame, its upto you to construct the outer part
according to your likes!lol

Finally add a light dropshadow to the elements behind the frame and a
sort of a more darker one for the outer elements

Add your name,copyrights and save as a .jpg!
